Cau a throsglwyddo cyfrif pensiwn ychwanegol
50.—(1) Os oes gan aelod actif (P) gyfrif pensiwn ychwanegol, rhaid i’r cyfrif pensiwn ychwanegol barhau ar agor—
(a)hyd nes bo P wedi hawlio pensiwn ymddeol a swm y pensiwn ychwanegol wedi ei drosglwyddo i’r cyfrif ymddeol neu’r cyfrif aelod gohiriedig; neu
(b)hyd nes gwneir taliad gwerth trosglwyddiad mewn cysylltiad â hawliau P i’r pensiwn ychwanegol cronedig; neu
(c)pan fo trosglwyddiad o gofnodion y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (2) wedi ei gwblhau.
(2) Pan fo rheolwr cynllun wedi darparu tystysgrif o dan reoliad 155 (gofyniad bod rheolwr cynllun yn darparu tystysgrif) mewn cysylltiad â chyfrif pensiwn ychwanegol, rhaid i’r rheolwr cynllun newydd sefydlu cyfrif pensiwn ychwanegol a throsglwyddo’r cofnodion o’r dystysgrif honno i’r cyfrif hwnnw.
