The Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by sections 114(1)(c), (2)(c), (3), (6) and (8) and 120(2) of the Education Act 2005(1), and now exercisable by them make the following Regulations:

2005 c. 18. Section 114(10) of the 2005 Act defines “prescribed” and “regulations”. The functions of the National Assembly for Wales were transferred to the Welsh Ministers under section 162 of, and paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32).
