7. In regulation 2(1) of the Animals and Animal Products (Examination of Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) (Wales) Regulations 2019 M1, in the definition of “unauthorised substance” (“sylwedd anawdurdodedig”) for “EU legislation” substitute “ retained EU law ”.
