Review and expiry of regulations 5 to 12 E+W

2.—(1) The Welsh Ministers must review the effectiveness of regulations 5 to 12 during the period for which they have effect.

(2) Subject to regulation 3, regulations 5 to 12 cease to have effect on [F1 30 September 2021].
