Gorchymyn y Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol (Rhaglenni Addysgol ar gyfer y Cyfnod Sylfaen a Rhaglenni Astudio ar gyfer yr Ail Gyfnod Allweddol a’r Trydydd Cyfnod Allweddol) (Cymru) 2013
11.—(1) Mae Gorchymyn y Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol (Rhaglenni Addysgol ar gyfer y Cyfnod Sylfaen a Rhaglenni Astudio at gyfer yr Ail Gyfnod Allweddol a’r Trydydd Cyfnod Allweddol) (Cymru) 2013(1) (“Gorchymyn 2013”) yn gymwys fel a ganlyn.
(2) O 1 Medi 2022, nid yw Gorchymyn 2013 yn gymwys—
(a)i blant a disgyblion—
(i)sy’n cael addysg feithrin mewn ysgol feithrin a gynhelir neu ysgol a gynhelir, neu
(ii)sy’n cael addysg feithrin a gyllidir ond nas cynhelir,
(b)i ddisgyblion yn eu blwyddyn derbyn, ac
(c)i ddisgyblion ym mlynyddoedd 1 i 6.
(3) Ar 1 Medi 2023, nid yw Gorchymyn 2013 yn gymwys i ddisgyblion ym mlwyddyn 7 mewn ysgol a gynhelir pan fo’r pennaeth a’r corff llywodraethu wedi mabwysiadu cwricwlwm perthnasol ar gyfer y disgyblion blwyddyn 7 hynny o dan Ran 2 o Ddeddf 2021.
(4) O 1 Medi 2023, nid yw Gorchymyn 2013 yn gymwys i ddisgyblion ym mlynyddoedd 7 neu 8 mewn ysgol a gynhelir.
(5) Caiff Gorchymyn 2013 ei ddirymu ar 1 Medi 2024.
