Mae rheoliad 2 yn dirymu Rheoliadau Symud Anifeiliaid Anwes yn Anfasnachol (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2022 o 1 Hydref 2022.
Mae rheoliad 3 yn diwygio Rheoliad (EU) Rhif 576/2013 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor ar symud anifeiliaid anwes yn anfasnachol (EUR 576/2013), er mwyn caniatáu i brawf titr gwrthgorff arall gael ei ddefnyddio ar anifeiliaid anwes sy’n dod i Gymru o’r tu allan i’r DU. Daw’r Rheoliadau hyn i ben ar 1 Ebrill 2023.
Mae copi o’r safon ddilysu y cyfeirir ati yn rheoliad 3 ar gael i’w archwilio yn swyddfeydd Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn hwn. O ganlyniad, ystyriwyd nad oedd yn angenrheidiol cynnal asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r Rheoliadau hyn.
