2. Mae’r Atodlen i Orchymyn Cymeradwyo Trapiau Sbring (Cymru) 2019(1) wedi ei hamrywio fel a ganlyn—
(a)yn y lleoedd priodol yn nhrefn yr wyddor mewnosoder y cofnodion a ganlyn—

| “Quill Trap a weithgynhyrchir gan, neu o dan awdurdod, Quill Productions, Manor Farm, Pulham, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 7EE. | Ni chaniateir defnyddio’r trap ond at ddiben lladd carlymod, gwencïod a llygod mawr. Pan gaiff y trap ei ddefnyddio ar ffurf â phen caeedig, rhaid gosod y trap mewn twnnel artiffisial a adeiladwyd i’r dyluniad a bennwyd gan Quill Productions gan ddefnyddio deunyddiau sy’n addas at y diben. Pan gaiff y trap ei ddefnyddio ar ffurf y gall anifail redeg drwyddo, rhaid gosod y trap yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau’r gweithgynhyrchydd wrth ei osod ar ffurf y gall anifail redeg drwyddo mewn twnnel naturiol neu artiffisial sydd, yn y naill achos neu’r llall, yn addas at y diben.” |
