Council Decision of 26 November 1998 on the position to be taken by the European Community on the rules concerning the conduct of the conciliation of transit disputes to be adopted by the Energy Charter Conference (1999/37/EC) (c. 37)

Sole Article

The rules concerning the conduct of the conciliation of transit disputes, as set out in the Annex, shall be approved on behalf of the Community in the Charter Conference(1).
