Annexes I, II, IV, V, VI and VIII to Directive 95/64/EC are replaced by Annexes I, II, III, IV, V and VI to this Decision.

Decision 2000/363/EC shall be repealed.

Any references to the repealed Decision shall be construed as references to this Decision.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.

This Decision shall apply from the reference year 2004, covering the 2004 data.
