Article 3
This Decision shall not apply to the movement onto Community territory of birds accompanying their owners from Andorra, F1Croatia, the Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and the Vatican City State.
