Article 3F1Official controls of composite products listed in Annex I
1
The composite products listed in Annex I to this Decision shall be subjected to official controls at border control posts in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council7.
2
Initial selection of composite products for official controls made on the basis of the Combined Nomenclature in Column (1) of Annex I shall be qualified by reference to the specific text or legislation cited in Column (3) of Annex I.
