Commission Decision of 14 February 2008 establishing a list of embryo collection and production teams in third countries approved for imports of bovine embryos into the Community (notified under document number C(2008) 517) (Text with EEA relevance) (2008/155/EC)

Article 1 U.K.

Member States shall authorise imports of embryos of domestic animals of the bovine species from third countries only if they have been collected, processed and stored by an embryo collection team or an embryo production team included in the list in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2 U.K.

Decision 92/452/EEC is repealed.

Article 3 U.K.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
