Article 13 Technical assistance

1. Technical assistance at the initiative of the Commission, as defined in Article 15 of the basic act, may be financed up to 100 % by the Fund.

2. Technical assistance at the initiative of the Member States, as defined in Article 16 of the basic act, may be financed up to 100 % by the Fund.

3. Technical assistance at the initiative of the Commission or the Member States may take the form of procurement contracts, expert fees and/or any administrative expenditure subject to the eligibility rules defined in Part III, Chapter 1.
