Article 3 U.K. Conditions for imports

Where quarantine is a condition for imports into [F1 Great Britain] of consignments of aquaculture animals in accordance with Chapter IV of Regulation (EC) No 1251/2008, such consignments shall only be imported into [F1 Great Britain] if the conditions laid down in this Chapter are complied with.
