The surveillance programmes for avian influenza in poultry and wild birds to be carried out by F1the appropriate Minister, in accordance with Article 4(1) of Directive 2005/94/EC F2(read as if it applied to the appropriate Minister rather than to Member States), shall comply with the guidelines set out in Annexes I and II to this Decision.
