1.The programmes for the eradication and monitoring of bluetongue submitted by Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden are hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012.
2.The financial contribution by the Union:
(a)shall consist of a lump sum compensating for all costs incurred to perform the following activities and/or tests:
EUR 0,5 per domestic animal sampled;
EUR 1 per domestic animal vaccinated;
EUR 2 per ELISA test;
EUR 10 per PCR test;
EUR 10 per virological test;
(b)shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs to be incurred by each Member State referred to in paragraph 1 for:
the cost of carrying out laboratory tests for entomological surveillance;
the purchase of traps; and
[F1(c) shall not exceed the following:
EUR 150 000 for Belgium;
EUR 15 000 for Bulgaria;
EUR 40 000 for the Czech Republic;
EUR 80 000 for Germany;
EUR 10 000 for Estonia;
EUR 25 000 for Ireland;
EUR 60 000 for Greece;
EUR 700 000 for Spain;
EUR 1 200 000 for France;
EUR 650 000 for Italy;
EUR 20 000 for Latvia;
EUR 10 000 for Lithuania;
EUR 10 000 for Luxembourg;
EUR 30 000 for Hungary;
EUR 10 000 for Malta;
EUR 20 000 for the Netherlands;
EUR 10 000 for Austria;
EUR 50 000 for Poland;
EUR 300 000 for Portugal;
EUR 150 000 for Romania;
EUR 40 000 for Slovenia;
EUR 50 000 for Slovakia;
EUR 10 000 for Finland;
EUR 10 000 for Sweden.]
