The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 14 of the Protocol with a view to expressing the Union’s consent to be bound by the Protocol(1).
The date of entry into force of the Protocol will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union by the General Secretariat of the Council.
