Commission Implementing Decision of 30 November 2012 approving annual and multiannual programmes and the financial contribution from the Union for the eradication, control and monitoring of certain animal diseases and zoonoses presented by the Member States for 2013 (notified under document C(2012) 8682) (2012/761/EU)
This Decision shall apply from 1 January 2013. However, for the Republic of Croatia, this Decision shall enter into force subject to, and as from the date of the entry into force of, the Treaty of Accession of the Republic of Croatia.
