Commission Decision (EU) 2015/15 of 5 January 2015 on a measure taken by Finland in accordance with Article 7 of Council Directive 89/686/EEC prohibiting the placing on the market of head protectors ‘Ribcap’ (notified under document C(2014) 10114) (c. 15)

Article 1

The measure taken by the Finnish authorities, consisting of prohibition of placing on the market of head protectors ‘Ribcap’ manufactured by Ribcap AG, is justified.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
