Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/659 of 12 April 2018 on the conditions for the entry into the Union of live equidae and of semen, ova and embryos of equidae (Text with EEA relevance. )

Regulation

Article 1

Decision 93/195/EEC is amended as follows:

in Article 1, the last indent is replaced by the following:
1. —
  have taken part in the equestrian events of the LG Global Champions Tour in Miami, United States and Mexico-City, Mexico, and meet the requirements laid down in a health certificate drawn up in accordance with the model health certificate set out in Annex X to this Decision and provided that such re-entry takes place no later than 30 April 2016.

Annex X is replaced by the text in Annex I to this Decision.

Article 2

Annex I to Decision 2004/211/EC is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Decision.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
