Article 2 U.K.

The supervisory regime in force in Bermuda that applies to the insurance activities of undertakings with their head offices in Bermuda shall be considered as equivalent to the regime laid down in [F1 United Kingdom enactments and rules which implemented] Chapter VI of Title I of Directive 2009/138/EC, with the exception of rules on captives and special purpose insurers.
