In accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 10 the following shall be determined:

• the methods of analysis necessary for checking the composition of cosmetic products,

• the criteria of microbiological and chemical purity for cosmetic products and methods for checking compliance with those criteria.

The common nomenclature of ingredients used in cosmetic products and, after consultation of the F3Scientific Committee for Cosmetic Products and Non-Food Products intended for Consumers, the amendments necessary for the adaptation to technical progress of the Annexes shall be adopted in accordance with the same procedure, as appropriate.
