1. In accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 10 the following shall be determined:
the methods of analysis necessary for checking the composition of cosmetic products,
the criteria of microbiological and chemical purity for cosmetic products and methods for checking compliance with those criteria.]

The common nomenclature of ingredients used in cosmetic products and, after consultation of the [F3Scientific Committee for Cosmetic Products and Non-Food Products intended for Consumers] , the amendments necessary for the adaptation to technical progress of the Annexes shall be adopted in accordance with the same procedure, as appropriate.]
