Where for a product belonging to a group referred to in Annex I, a provisional maximum residue level applicable throughout the Community is set by the Commission in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 (1) (f) of Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market 11 , this level will be indicated in Annex II with a reference to that procedure.
