Member States shall ensure that:
the disinfectants to be used and their concentrations are officially approved by the competent authority;
the cleaning and disinfection operations are carried out under official supervision, in accordance with:
instructions given by the official veterinarian;
the procedure for cleaning and disinfecting an infected holding, as laid down in Annex II.
