Article 13U.K.Distance selling

Any advertisement for a preparation within the meaning of this Directive which enables a member of the general public to conclude a contract for purchase without first having sight of the label for that preparation must make mention of the type or types of hazard indicated on the label. This requirement is without prejudice to Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts(1).
