Article 7U.K.Existing operating restrictions

Article 5 shall not apply to:

(a)

operating restrictions that were already established on the date of entry into force of this Directive;

(b)

minor technical changes to operating restrictions of a partial nature that do not have any significant cost implications for the airline operators at any given Community airport and that have been introduced after the entry into force of this Directive.
