F1Member States shall appoint contact points who will be responsible for receiving and transmitting the information and documentation referred to in Articles 8, 12, 19, 19a, 22 and 23.

Member States shall provide appropriate cooperation in the exchange of the information and documentation referred to in the first paragraph.
