Commission Directive 2007/52/EC of 16 August 2007 amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include ethoprophos, pirimiphos-methyl and fipronil as active substances (Text with EEA relevance)

They shall ensure that the notifier at whose request fipronil has been included in this Annex provide such studies to the Commission within one year from the entry into force of this Directive.’ |
