CHAPTER 7 U.K. AMENDMENTS

Article 34 U.K. Amendment of Directive 2004/35/EC

In Annex III to Directive 2004/35/EC, the following paragraph shall be added:

‘14.

The operation of storage sites pursuant to Directive 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the geological storage of carbon dioxide(1);’
