ANNEX I Categories of activities referred to in Article 10

1. Energy industries

1.1. Combustion of fuels in installations with a total rated thermal input of 50 MW or more

1.2. Refining of mineral oil and gas

1.3. Production of coke

1.4. Gasification or liquefaction of:

(a)

coal;

(b)

other fuels in installations with a total rated thermal input of 20 MW or more.
