Article 116 Amendment to Directive 82/891/EEC

Article 1(4) of Directive of 82/891/EEC is replaced by the following:

‘4. Article 1(2), (3) and (4) of Directive 2011/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council(1) shall apply.’.
