[F21. For all contingencies except unemployment benefits:
(a) as a general rule:
the regional offices of the Social Insurance Agency which is the competent institution for the subject matter in question. (Försäkringskassans länsorganisation som är behörig att handlägga ärendet);
(b) for mariners not resident in Sweden:
the Social Insurance Agency, Western Götaland for all subjects except pensions, sickness- and activity compensation and long term compensation for occupational injury. (Försäkringskassans länsorganisation Västra Götaland);
(c) for application of Articles 35 to 59 of the implementing Regulation to persons not resident in Sweden:
the Social Insurance Agency Gotland (Försäkringskassans länsorganisation Gotland);
(d) for application of Articles 60 to 77 of the implementing Regulation with the exception of mariners not resident in Sweden:
the Social Insurance Agency at the place where the work accident or occupational disease occurred (Försäkringskassan på den ort där olycksfallet i arbete inträffade eller där arbetssjukdomen visade sig);
(e) for application of Articles 60 to 77 of the implementing Regulation for mariners not resident in Sweden:
the Social Insurance Agency Gotland (Försäkringskassans länsorganisation Gotland).]
[F32. For unemployment benefits:
(a)

for the purpose of applying Articles 80 to 82 of the implementing Regulation:

  • the unemployment fund which would be competent to deal with a benefit application in the event of unemployment in Sweden, or

  • the supervisory authority;

(b)

for the purpose of applying Article 83 of the implementing Regulation:

  • Inspektionen för arbetslöshetsförsäkringen (Swedish Unemployment Insurance Board).]
