TITLE I U.K. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 U.K. Definitions

For the purposes of this Regulation:

(a)

‘Regulation’ means Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71;

(b)

‘implementing Regulation’ means this Regulation;

(c)

the definitions in Article 1 of this Regulation have the meaning assigned to them in the said Article.
