[F1 Article 117b U.K. Operation of the telematic services

1. Each Member State shall be responsible for managing its own part of the telematic services in accordance with the Community provisions onthe protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. The Administrative Commission shall lay down provisions for the operation of the common part of the telematic services.]
