Article 35
1
The winding up of a grouping shall entail its liquidation.
2
The liquidation of a grouping and the conclusion of its liquidation shall be governed by national law.
3
A grouping shall retain its capacity, within the meaning of Article 1 (2), until its liquidation is concluded.
4
The liquidator or liquidators shall take the steps required as listed in Articles 7 and 8.
