The codes to be used in completing the forms referred to in Article 205 (1) are listed in Annex 38.

F1The Member States shall notify the Commission of the list of national codes used for boxes 37 (second subdivision), 44 and 47 (first subdivision). The Commission shall publish the list of those codes.
