Article 96

A statement on origin shall be made out for each consignment.

A statement on origin shall be valid for twelve months from the date of its making out by the exporter.

A single statement on origin may cover several consignments if the goods meet the following conditions:
a
they are dismantled or non assembled products within the meaning of General Interpretative rule 2(a) of the Harmonized System,
b
they are falling within Section XVI or XVII or heading 7308 or 9406 of the Harmonized System, and
c
they are intended to be imported by instalments.
