This Regulation lays down specific detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates implemented by Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/200818 for the products listed in Parts XVIII of Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/200719.

Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1301/200620 shall apply, save as otherwise provided in this Regulation.
