This Regulation lays down specific detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates implemented by Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 18 for the products listed in Parts XVIII of Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 19 .

Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006 20 shall apply, save as otherwise provided in this Regulation.
