CHAPTER 10 U.K. ARABLE CROPS AREA PAYMENT

Article 109 U.K. Sowing and application

In order to qualify for the area payment, a farmer shall by 31 May at the latest preceding the relevant harvest have sown the seed and by 15 May at the latest have lodged an application.
