CHAPTER III U.K. GENETICALLY MODIFIED FEED

Section 1 U.K. Authorisation and supervision

Article 15 U.K. Scope

1. This Section shall apply to:

(a) GMOs for feed use;

(b) feed containing or consisting of GMOs;

(c) feed produced from GMOs.

[F1 2. Where necessary, the appropriate authority may prescribe measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation by supplementing it and determining whether a type of feed falls within the scope of this Section.]
