Article 3 U.K. Scope

1. This Section shall apply to:

(a) GMOs for food use;

(b) food containing or consisting of GMOs;

(c) food produced from or containing ingredients produced from GMOs.

[F1 2. Where necessary, the appropriate authority may prescribe measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation by supplementing it and determining whether a type of food falls within the scope of this Section.]
