The name of the operator should be identical to the name of the natural or legal person that is the holder of the relevant greenhouse gas permit. The name of the installation shall be identical to the name indicated in the relevant greenhouse gas permit.]
The permit identification code specified by the competent authority, comprising the elements set out in Annex VI.

The alphanumeric identifier specified by the operator for the account, which shall be unique within the registry.
Name, address, city, postcode, country, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address of the primary authorised representative of the operator holding account specified by the operator for that account.
