Article 4Statistical territory
1
The statistical territory of the Member States shall correspond to their customs territory as defined in Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/926 of 12 October 1992 establishing the Community Customs Code.
2
By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the statistical territory of Germany shall include Heligoland.
