The Member States shall cooperate to provide the general public and professional circles with information on:

1. (a)

   the methods and procedures of enforcement in the Member States; and

2. (b)

   the competent authorities for enforcement in the Member States,

in particular via the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters established in accordance with Decision 2001/470/EC9.
