F1Without prejudice to the general application of Article 9 and Article 10(1), the Commission may lay down the following measures by means of implementing act. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 12(2):

    without prejudice to Directive 96/23/EC22, to fix a maximum permitted value for the combined total of residues of antibiotic substances in raw milk;

    to approve equivalent processes for the production of gelatine or collagen.
