1.This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2004.
2.It shall apply as from 1 January 2006 except for the following provisions:
(a)Article 1, (7a), (14), (14a), (16) and 18(a) as well as (23) as regards Annexes VIII and VIIIa which shall apply as from the date of entry into force of this Regulation;
(b)Article 1(1) as regards the insertion of hops, (7), (9) as regards hops, (10), (11), (11a), (11b), (12), (13) as regards hops, (15) as regards Chapter 10d, (19) as regards point (e), (20) as regards 4b, (23) as regards annexes I, VI and VII for the parts concerning hops which shall apply as from 1 January 2005.
