1.Member States shall communicate to the Commission the list of measures on apiculture included in national operational programmes under Objectives 1 and 2 laid down by Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999(1), before the date referred to in Article 2 (1).
2.The same measure may not be the subject of payments simultaneously under Regulation (EC) No 797/2004 and under another Community aid scheme, in particular respect of Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999(2).
