The second subparagraph of Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 2303/2003 is replaced by the following:
‘It shall apply until the date of application of Articles 4 and 9 of the Agreement between the European Community and the United States of America on trade in wine but no later than three years from the date of entry into force of the Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Community and the United States of America on matters related to trade in wine(1).’
