Council Regulation (EC) No 603/2005 of 12 April 2005 amending the lists of insolvency proceedings, winding-up proceedings and liquidators in Annexes A, B and C to Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings (repealed) (c. 603)

Article 1 U.K.

Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 is amended as follows:

1.

Annex A is replaced by the text set out in Annex I to this Regulation;

2.

Annex B is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Regulation;

3.

Annex C is replaced by the text set out in Annex III to this Regulation.

Article 2 U.K.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in the Member States in accordance with the Treaty establishing the European Community.
